Domestic Cleaners and Domestic Cleaning Service

We have been providing Domestic Cleaners since 1993. Do you need help around the home with housework? You may not be able to do certain jobs yourself, or maybe you just do not have the time. Whatever the case, we will have a cleaner who can take care of those chores on a day to suit you. We will provide you with a reliable, fully vetted domestic cleaner who will do your general housework. Our service is flexible and you may choose what work you need to suit you.

Your enquiry will be dealt with by a friendly member of staff who will listen to what you need. We will then search our extensive database of domestic cleaners to see who would be most suitable for your specific requirements. However, if your circumstances change, then we can also change your cleaner at any time to again meet your specific needs.

The help available for you can be on a weekly or fortnightly basis, with a minimum of two hours per visit. Having a regular visit will ensure that the same lady can come each time. The work can include dusting and polishing, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms toilets and kitchens, and emptying bins. Your cleaner can also do extra work that used to be done by Home Helps such as changing the beds, doing some laundry at your home, collecting some shopping, helping with curtains and clean safely accessible inside windows. Your cleaning lady can also do your ironing if you wish.

We know that security is a major consideration for anyone to let a stranger into their house. Over the years, we have refined our selection methods and we now interview every cleaner at their home address where we obtain proof of identity, take references, make sure they are legally entitled to work and we also photograph the cleaner. Our detailed interview enables us to provide you with the right person to suit your needs. The same cleaner will visit each time, so that they get used to how you like things done. They will do it your way. We are a Domestic Cleaning Service that takes our responsibility of finding you the right cleaner, very seriously.

Because the same lady will come each week, we like to arrange for you to meet the cleaner before she starts. You can then see whether it is someone you would be comfortable with, and she can see what work is involved. We know that sometimes the work is arranged by a relative. If this is the case, then the initial meeting with the prospective cleaner could be arranged at a time so that the relative can also be present. This is not essential but may be reassuring for a relative who does not live close by, to see who will be doing the work. We do not have a list of jobs the cleaner will do, but rather we ask that they do whatever is reasonably required that is of a general housework nature and obviously taking into account their and your own safety.
